We are a small, dedicated company that was founded in 2005 when we realized that the business world had become very power-driven, money-hungry and impersonal. We discovered that the majority of companies' e-mail responses from both the sales support and technical support departments were severely lacking. Responses that were received were impersonal to the point of automation and many were less than professional in nature. This is not the way a business is supposed to be run. I, personally, respond to every Customer Service e-mail that we receive and spend my days hands-on side-by-side with my technicians and sales team members. Not a single machine is shipped out without my personal approval. My staff and I will do whatever it takes to ensure your complete satisfaction with every possible aspect of our business transaction before, during and after the sale.
